We're hiring a Personal Assistant to support a fast-moving founder across multiple ventures in tech, education, events, and ministry. If you're sharp, adaptable, and thrive in a high-speed, high-impact environment - this might be your call-up

What You'll Do

Own the calendar - Schedule meetings, take notes, track follow-ups

Translate strategy to action - Turn big ideas into clear, executable plans for the team

Coordinate comms - Prepare briefs, track timelines, manage stakeholders

Use tools & AI - Notion, ClickUp, Google Suite, ChatGPT, etc.

⚡ Juggle tasks like a ninja - Across multiple projects and deadlines

Suggest better systems - We're open to upgrading how we work

✅ What We're Looking For

Strong common sense, initiative, and follow-through

‍♀ Proven multitasker who handles pressure well

Events, operations, or startup experience a big plus

IT- and tool-savvy, able to adapt fast

✍ Clear and professional written communication

Comfortable working in a majority-Christian team with faith-based projects

Willing to hustle, grow, and get sharper every week

Salary

SGD $2,000-$3,000

($3K reserved for truly exceptional candidates who bring serious firepower)

This is a full-time, 6-day-a-week role with long-term growth potential.
