Job Responsibilities
• Manage all HR functions such as hiring, payroll, employee relations, training, and performance reviews.
• Work closely with managers to plan staffing needs and develop talent.
• Ensure HR policies follow local laws and regulations.
• Support employee engagement and wellness activities.
• Handle employee issues and disciplinary cases fairly.
• Prepare HR reports to help with business decisions.
Requirements
• Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in managerial capacity.
• In-depth knowledge of local employment laws and industrial relations practices.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with HR systems such as Timesoft would be an added advantage.
