- Provide Administrative Support
- Maintain & update filing systems & databases
- Monitor, follow up aging invoices
- Perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned
- High competence in computer skills ( Mac )
- Ability to extract sources and input data correctly.
- Good Communication & interpretation skills (Verbal / Written)
- Meticulous, Self Motivated, Well organised & able to work independently
- Ability to multi-task & work under pressure, constantly meet deadlines and follow up through the progress
- Able to travel to Paya Lebar.
