Job Description & Requirements

  • Provide Administrative Support
  • Maintain & update filing systems & databases
  • Monitor, follow up aging invoices
  • Perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned


  • High competence in computer skills ( Mac )
  • Ability to extract sources and input data correctly.
  • Good Communication & interpretation skills (Verbal / Written)
  • Meticulous, Self Motivated, Well organised & able to work independently
  • Ability to multi-task & work under pressure, constantly meet deadlines and follow up through the progress
  • Able to travel to Paya Lebar.
