Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Product / Project Management Executive to join our Product and Project Management team. This role is ideal for recent graduates with a strong interest in enterprise technology, digital platforms, and end-to-end product delivery. You will assist in managing product lifecycle activities and cross-functional project coordination to ensure successful execution and alignment with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Product & Project Coordination
  • Assist in planning and tracking product development and service delivery schedules.
  • Support requirement collection and coordination across departments including engineering, operations, marketing, and commercial teams.
  • Maintain updated records of project documentation, action items, and delivery milestones.
• Stakeholder Communication & Tracking
  • Coordinate with China-based product teams to ensure timely updates on product specifications, system integration, and testing status.
  • Work with internal teams to align on deliverables, technical clarifications, and customer expectations.
  • Monitor and follow up on project progress, risk items, and change requests.
• Operational Support
  • Prepare documentation such as requirement briefs, meeting notes, product flow charts, and internal reports.
  • Support UAT preparation and basic testing coordination if required.
  • Assist in post-launch evaluation by collecting feedback and participating in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Market & Product Insight
  • Conduct basic research on industry trends and competing products to support planning decisions.
  • Support the preparation of internal presentations and roadmap reviews.

Requirements

• Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in one of the following (or related) fields:
  Business / E-Commerce
  Information Technology / Computer Science
  Statistics / Data Science
  Product Management / Systems Analysis
  Communications / Digital Media
  Other relevant disciplines with an interest in enterprise platforms and digital product delivery
• Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong interest in digital product development and enterprise solutions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with project or task-tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) is a plus
  • Good analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in cross-functional, fast-paced environments
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Language Requirements:
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English - this role requires regular communication with product and development teams based in Mainland China
