Job Description

• Review and approve construction drawings, specifications, and designs to ensure that they meet project requirements and industry standards.
• Ensure that projects are delivered on time, on budget and to the prescribed standards.
• Communicates effectively with project teams, consultants and subcontractors to identify needs and evaluate alternative Project solutions.
• Attend meetings as required to ensure the compliance with the overall project standards, procedures requirements and resolved issued.
• Assist in selection of quality subcontractors, suppliers and vendors in the negotiation of their terms and conditions of engagement with the Procurement team.
• Regularly inspect the site progress and provide guidance to the project and construction management teams on best practices and efficiencies on scheduling and processes.
• Review and endorse subcontract documents, progress & variation works claims to customers.

Requirements:

• must have Degree in Civil Engineering with related.
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience at managerial level in the Civil / Building/ Construction Industry.
• Strong communication skills, as well as the ability to visualize issues and effectively communicate with others.
• Outstanding organization, coordination and leadership skills. Excellence in verbal and oral communication skills.
• need to work at Construction sites and can read drawing pictures etc.
• 6 days working day per week
