We're looking for a Studio & Strategy Lead to join our team and strengthen daily operations, front client engagements, and help grow our partnerships and reach. This role blends business savvy with people smarts, and offers room to shape the studio's next chapter. This role is for someone who wants to build something meaningful and isn't afraid to get their hands dirty.

What You'll Be Doing
Project & Operations Management
- Coordinate project timelines, team schedules, and internal calendars
- Communicate with coaches, ensuring projects stay on track
- Oversee logistics and day-to-day readiness
- Be present at our workshop space during key sessions to ensure delivery quality and a great experience for parents and students
Client Engagement & Development
- Join client meetings and calls (schools, corporates, public institutions)
- Support proposal development, client correspondence and feedback loops
- Track ongoing relationships and assist in turning interest into projects
Growth & Strategic Input
- Identify ways to evolve our offerings, whether that's through new partners, improved delivery or fresh formats
- Guide communications partners in setting direction for social media, public-facing comms, etc.
- Be a steady bridge across the creative and ops team
What We're Looking For
- At least 5 years of experience in a relevant industry (education, design, creative industries, or edtech)
- Familiar with sustainability-related topics or concepts
- Strong communicator - written and verbal
- Experienced in running projects or programmes end-to-end
- Comfortable stepping into client meetings and managing relationships
- Organised, detail-oriented and solutions-focused
- Added advantage: Experience working in an SME, creative agency, learning organisation, or start-up environment
