Job Description

  • Develop and manage comprehensive compensation strategies that align with business objectives in the APAC region.
  • Analyse market trends to ensure competitive salary structures in the retail industry.
  • Oversee the administration of variable bonus (VB) schemes and other benefits programmes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement performance-based pay frameworks.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and organisational policies in APAC.
  • Provide guidance and training to HR teams on compensation-related matters.
  • Prepare detailed reports and recommendations for senior management.
  • Evaluate and refine job grading and salary banding processes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Compensation Senior Manager (APAC) should have:
