Job Description
- Develop and manage comprehensive compensation strategies that align with business objectives in the APAC region.
- Analyse market trends to ensure competitive salary structures in the retail industry.
- Oversee the administration of variable bonus (VB) schemes and other benefits programmes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement performance-based pay frameworks.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and organisational policies in APAC.
- Provide guidance and training to HR teams on compensation-related matters.
- Prepare detailed reports and recommendations for senior management.
- Evaluate and refine job grading and salary banding processes.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Compensation Senior Manager (APAC) should have:
