Food Processor (Office hours, 5.5 days Mon to Sat, $2,500+)

• West region

• 5.5 days per week (Mon to Fri 8am-5pm, Sat 8am-12pm)

Responsibilities

• Trim and cut meat based on specific production needs or customer requests

• Operate knives and cutting tools to skin, slice, and portion meat accurately

• Weigh and categorize meat products according to defined quality and size standards

• Ensure workstations and tools are cleaned and sanitized in line with food safety regulations

• Work closely with the production team to achieve daily production goals

Requirements

• Min N level and above

• 0.5-1 year of hands-on experience in Food Production Industry is preferred, but not mandatory

• Comfortable working in 8 - 12 °C working environment, uniform will be provided
