Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive to drive business development and client engagement in the waste management industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting sustainable waste solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the waste management sector
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with industrial, commercial, and municipal clients
• Promote and sell waste management services, including general waste, hazardous waste, and recycling solutions
• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals
• Conduct site visits and provide tailored waste solutions based on client needs
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
• Meet or exceed sales targets and provide regular sales reports

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Environmental Science, Business, Engineering, or related field
• 1-3 years of B2B sales experience (experience in waste/environmental services is an advantage)
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
