We are seeking a motivated and talented Postdoctoral Researcher to join our lab. Our research focuses on advancing the understanding of aquaculture genetics and genomics to address critical challenges in the aquaculture industry. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct research in aquaculture genetics and genomics, focusing on quantitative trait loci (QTL) mapping and genome-wide association studies (GWAS)
• Design and execute experiments, analyse genomic data, and interpret results
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and contribute to ongoing projects
• Prepare manuscripts for publication in peer-reviewed journals and present findings at scientific conferences

Requirements:

• PhD in Aquaculture Genetics and Genomics or a closely related field
• Demonstrated expertise in QTL mapping and GWAS
• Proven ability to work independently and manage research projects effectively
• Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills
