Role Overview

You will play a pivotal role in administering advanced aesthetic procedures, guiding patients through their treatment journeys, and supporting the clinic's goals through teamwork and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Administer medical-grade aesthetic treatments, including but not limited to Cryolipolysis, Botox, fillers, fractional CO₂ lasers, Sculptra, and non-invasive skin therapies.
• Provide expert consultation on aesthetic concerns involving the skin, face, and body, and recommend suitable treatment options aligned with clinic offerings.
• Monitor patient outcomes and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure optimal results.
• Collaborate closely with aesthetic consultants and the management team to meet service excellence standards and achieve business targets.
• Address patient inquiries with clarity, educating them on expected results, potential downtime, and post-treatment care.
• Foster a welcoming, high-touch experience for every client, upholding the clinic's reputation for exceptional care.
• Maintain a positive, adaptable, and team-oriented approach in a fast-paced environment.

Candidate Requirements

• Fully registered with the Singapore Medical Council (SMC)
• Possess a medical degree from a recognized institution
• Prior experience with aesthetic medical procedures is highly preferred
• Skilled in laser treatments, IPL, skin rejuvenation, and non-surgical skin tightening techniques
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Professional appearance and a polished, patient-centric demeanor
• Self-driven, with a genuine interest in aesthetics and a proactive, can-do attitude
