Location: East Coast (Siglap)

Qualification: HCIC or ACEY

Key Responsibilities:
  • Caregiving: Attending to the basic needs of infants, such as feeding, patting to sleep, diapering, showering.


  • Developmental Activities: Planning and implementing activities that stimulate physical, cognitive, social, and emotional development. This includes engaging infants in play, sensory experiences, and language development activities.


  • Observation and Documentation: Monitoring infants' progress and development, documenting milestones, and communicating with parents about their child's growth.


  • Health and Safety: Following all health, safety, and hygiene protocols, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for the infants.


  • Communication and Collaboration :Building positive relationships with parents and collaborating with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive learning and caregiving experience.

Specific Tasks:
  • Curriculum Implementation: Following the center's curriculum framework and adapting activities to meet the individual needs of the infants.


  • Classroom Management: Maintaining a positive and stimulating learning environment, managing routines, and ensuring the safety and well-being of the infants.


  • Materials Preparation:Preparing and organizing age-appropriate learning materials and resources.


  • Parent Communication:Providing regular updates on infants' progress, addressing any concerns, and fostering strong partnerships with parents.


  • Professional Development:Participating in ongoing learning and training to enhance knowledge and skills related to infant care and development.
