The Position

We are looking for a dedicated Service Advisor to be part of our vibrant automotive team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. INTERACTIVITY

• Handle all customers' appointment bookings for service and repair
• First point of contact for our scheduled or walk-in customers
• Ensure excellent after-sales support to customers

2. PAPERWORK

• Provide quotation for service and repair works
• Prepare Invoices and ensuring payments collected are reported on daily basis to the Account department
• Perform other related tasks as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

• GCE "N" /"O" / ITE
(Those with no formal education but possess the right experiences / attitudes are welcome to apply)

• Good interpersonal and communication skills

• Well versed in English, fluency in Mandarin will be an advantage

• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

• Proficient in MS Office

• Meticulous with numbers and details

OTHERS:

• Salary : Up to $3,000.00 depending on qualification and experience

• Working Days : 6 Days (Mon to Sat)
