Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Executive to join the team. The role involves managing the Accounts Receivables function, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, resolving billing discrepancies, and assisting with financial reporting and month-end closing activities.

Responsibilities:

• Handle invoicing for project sales including down payment and progress claim billings
• Manage lease agreement billing and track renewals
• Oversee system decommissioning, credit note issuance, and invoice corrections
• Submit invoices through external portals with complete and accurate documentation
• Coordinate with internal departments and customers to resolve billing issues
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via calls and emails
• Maintain compliance with GST and Financial Reporting Standards
• Prepare internal reconciliation reports and assist with month-end closing and cash flow tracking

Requirements:

• Higher Nitec or Diploma in Accounting, Banking & Finance, or related field
• Basic knowledge of GST and financial reporting standards
• Proficient in Microsoft Navision and Excel
• Strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and ability to meet deadlines
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply as training will be provided
