Job Summary
- Prepare all items (drinks, desserts, ice cream) according to standard recipes and SOP
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and ready for action
- Prioritize food safety, service quality, and a smooth customer experience
Key Responsibilities
a. Daily Operations
- Prepare and serve espresso-based drinks, brewed coffee, teas, and other beverages according to standard recipes
- Provide prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable service to all guests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barista station and service counters
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Handle cash or POS transactions accurately
b. Food Safety & Sanitation
- Follow strict hygiene and food safety practices
- Sanitize tools, machines, and counters regularly
- Use gloves and proper utensils when handling food
- Store ingredients correctly and check expiry dates
- Dispose of waste promptly and properly
c. Workplace Safety & Security
- Use all equipment safely; report any malfunctions immediately
- Keep floor dry and free from hazards
- Follow safety procedures and know what to do in emergencies
- Report any risks or concerns to your supervisor
d. Team Support & Miscellaneous Duties
- Support colleagues at other counters when needed
- Attend all required trainings and team briefings
- Carry out any other duties assigned by your supervisor or Manager
Skills, Qualifications & Experience
Minimum Qualifications
- Primary or Secondary education
- No experience needed-just the willingness to learn!

- Basic English or local language communication
- Able to follow instructions and SOPs
- Quick to learn and eager to work with a team
- Can handle busy periods and work under pressure
- Able to stand for long hours
- Clean, hygienic, and takes pride in a tidy workplace
