Job Scope:

• Prepare import / export shipping documents based on L/C, Certificate of Origin, Customs/Insurance declaration
• Monthly delivery / sales reporting
• Liaison and coordinate with suppliers, customers and forwarding agents to ensure smooth and timely cargo delivery
• Prepare Sales and Purchase contracts
• Provide admin support to the department

Requirements:

• Possess a Degree / GCE O / N Level
• Possess minimum 2 - 5 years' Shipping Documentation & Letter Of Credit / LC experiences
• Good communications and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Words, Excel & PowerPoint)
