JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members
  • Maintain accurate records and databases for easy retrieval of information
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and meeting agendas
  • Handle correspondence and communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Coordinate office supplies and equipment maintenance
  • Support event planning and logistics for company activities
  • Act as a point of contact for visitor inquiries and requests
  • Contribute to process improvements to enhance office efficiency
  • Gain exposure to various aspects of the business through cross-department collaboration

REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum Diploma and above
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management tools
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
