As we prepare for our opening in Q1 2026, we are seeking a passionate and results-driven Housekeeping Manager to lead our housekeeping team in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, efficiency, and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and inspire the housekeeping team to uphold Varel's commitment to service excellence.
• Ensure guest rooms and public areas meet and exceed cleanliness standards through proactive supervision and quality checks.
• Manage staffing schedules, team performance, and training programs to foster a culture of efficiency and professionalism.
• Oversee inventory control and cost management for linens, supplies, and cleaning materials, ensuring sustainable and cost-effective practices.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with departments to support seamless daily operations and service consistency.
• Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs), budgets, and expenditures to optimize housekeeping efficiency.
• Implement innovative solutions to enhance guest satisfaction, streamline processes, and elevate service delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry within a 4-5 star hotel (pre-opening preferred).
• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a high-performing team within a dynamic work environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage operations independently.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
