Requirements:
- Manage the sales pipeline and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including lead generation and prospecting.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and emerging trends.
- Analyse and report on sales and marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Provide administrative support and assist with business operations & reporting.
- Support Director with clients' meetings.
- Increase company sales by expanding the customer base through targeted outreach, including cold calling.
- Maintain good relationships with existing customers.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customer profiles who may need the company's services.
Personal and Social:
- Must be a strong team player and possess excellent inter-personal skills, with an ability to integrate quickly into an established team and communicate closely with team members, most importantly with the firm's clients and investors.
- The incumbent will be expected to show initiative, be assertive and highly independent in their work. Strong communication skills, a highly pleasant demeanour, the ability to take on responsibility and ownership are must haves.
