About the Company:

A leading MNC Main Contractor with world-class expertise and operations across Asia, they deliver award-winning Industrial, Civil and Infrastructure projects. Renowned for their innovation, quality delivery, and reliability, they continue to be a preferred choice for major public and private sector developments.

With a newly awarded Design & Build Industrial project involving significant ground engineering works, the company is looking to appoint a capable Project Manager to lead this exciting development from end to end.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the full project lifecycle of Design & Build industrial development from design phase through construction completion
• Coordinate closely with design consultants, engineers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of design and construction phases
• Oversee design development, value engineering, and design compliance with industrial building requirements
• Monitor site progress, cost control, and ensure compliance with industrial safety regulations and standards
• Lead project meetings, report progress, and address any design or construction issues promptly
• Manage and mentor site/project teams to ensure high performance and morale
• Ensure coordination between design and construction teams for optimal project delivery

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, or related field
• Proven experience managing Design & Build Industrial projects in Singapore
• Strong understanding of industrial building systems.
• Familiar with local construction regulations, Design & Build contracts, and safety standards
