Job Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the chicken rice shop

Requirements

Proven experience in F&B management (preferably in hawker or quick-service setups)

Strong leadership and communication skills

Able to work weekends and public holidays

Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
