Responsibilities

• Oversee full spectrum of workshop operations and daily activities.
• Supervise and manage a team of technicians and mechanics.
• Assign tasks and monitor repair/maintenance progress to ensure timely delivery.
• Provide technical support and guidance to technicians when needed.
• Possess working knowledge of vehicle diagnostic tools and software.
• Handle customer service issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate and manage warranty and insurance claims (including documentation and submission).
• Ensure proper documentation of service records and job sheets.
• Maintain workshop cleanliness, safety, and compliance with regulation.
