We Are Hiring: BARTENDER

Job Details:

• Salary: S$3200 to S$3500 basic pay
• Eligibility: Singaporean or PR only
• Shift: Straight Shift
• Meals: 2 staff meals provided per day
• Transport: Provided after 11 PM
• Additional Benefits: High tips and additional incentives

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in overseeing daily operations of the bar, ensuring exceptional service is delivered to guests
• Manage bar staff by training, mentoring, and scheduling shifts to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain inventory levels, order supplies, and track stock to avoid shortages
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, along with alcohol-serving laws
• Manage customer complaints, providing efficient and professional resolutions
• Create and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for patrons by upholding service standards
• Support the Bar Manager in developing promotional events and marketing activities
• Ensure cash handling and POS system accuracy, manage end-of-day reconciliations

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-paced F&B environment
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage and motivate a team
• Knowledge of bar operations, mixology, and inventory management
• Customer-service-oriented with problem-solving skills
• Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
