Key Responsibilities:
1. Support day-to-day administrative and operational tasks;
2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and compliance records;
3. Assist with client onboarding, including documentation and KYC/AML checks;
4. Coordinate with external service providers (e.g., secretary, auditors and compliance consultant);
5. Help prepare internal reports and submissions to regulatory bodies;
6. Monitor internal deadlines and ensure timely follow-up on tasks;
7. Assist with the implementation and review of internal policies and procedures;
8. Support audit preparation and regulatory reviews;
9. Provide general support to the team to ensure operational efficiency.
Requirements:
1. Organised and able to manage daily tasks and deadlines;
2. Able to handle confidential information with care;
3. Responsible and takes ownership of assigned work;
4. Comfortable communicating with teams and external service providers;
5. Hardworking, dependable and willing to handle challenges when needed;
6. Experience in financial services or operations support is preferred;
7. Familiarity with MAS requirements is an advantage;
8. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Qualifications:
1. Degree or diploma in Business, Banking & Finance, Accounting, or equivalent work experience
2. 1-2 years of operations experience in securities or asset management is an advantage
