About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of complex SAS fraud detection and risk management systems. This role will be key in driving high-impact technology projects with public sector clients, ensuring timely execution, stakeholder alignment, and seamless implementation of mission-critical platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project management for the implementation of SAS Fraud, AML, Risk, or Visual Investigator solutions
• Alternatively, manage the deployment of fraud detection, case management, or investigative intelligence systems
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, resource allocations, and risk registers
• Coordinate across technical teams, external vendors, and client stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met
• Maintain strong communication with stakeholders, managing expectations and facilitating resolutions

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years' relevant experience, including managing large-scale solution implementations
• Preferably experienced in delivering projects within Singapore's public sector
• Familiarity with regulatory environments, AML frameworks, or fraud analytics platforms is a plus
• Exceptional project planning, cross-functional coordination, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Strong communication and documentation abilities, with a results-driven mindset
