Leasing Admin Executive

Responsibilities:
Tenancy / Lease Management
• Handle and monitor lease expiry.
• Coordinate Leasing Department's activities to ensure consistency and compliance of Leasing Department SOP and procedures.
• Act as point of contact for tenant's enquiry.
Reporting:
• Update SAP and generate management reports. Database entry and document administration.
• Monitor chasing arrears.
• Support Manager in preparing annual rental budget, rental forecast as well as monthly reporting.
• Prepare forms for handover / takeover of stalls.
• Writing of minutes for Leasing meeting.
• Preparation and distribution of tenancy performance reports.
• Assist the Property Leasing Team in tenant management, contracts administration, including fire insurance, billing matters and liaising with property agents. Coordinate and implementation of all marketing for property listings.
• Meeting with tenants and landlords.
• Drafting, updating, and tracking relevant documentation in tenant's file.
• Undertaking marketing submissions and research reports.
• Liaising with suppliers and assisting with new stall opening.
• Any other related operational issues and projects where necessary.
Job Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate/ Nitec / Diploma.
• Have 1-2 years' direct work experience leasing coordination work.
• Excellent computer skills with hands-on experience with MS Office Suite.
• Experience with CRM systems desirable.
• Ability to multi-task is crucial as well as possessing a positive attitude towards learning new things and working in a team environment.
• Effective communication and organisational skills and attention to detail are required.
• Understanding of commercial real estate is required.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
Working Days: 5 Days
Working Hours: 8:30am to 6pm
