JOB DESCRIPTION

• Financial Insights Learner - Gain a deep understanding of the industry, including market trends, regulatory landscapes, and financial products
• Business Operations Exposure - Participate in day-to-day operations, supporting business units in managing financial strategies, operations, and projects
• Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with departments such as finance, marketing, and sales to gain a comprehensive view of the business
• Client Relationship Building - Assist in managing client accounts, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and building lasting relationships
• Project Management Assistance - Support the management and execution of key business projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
• Data-Driven Decision Maker - Analyze financial data and trends to support decision-making and provide valuable insights to management
• Problem Solving & Strategy - Work on identifying challenges within business processes and recommend improvements to optimize operational efficiency
• Leadership Development - Take part in leadership training and mentorship programs to prepare for a future role in management
• Financial Product Knowledge - Learn the ins and outs of various financial products and services, helping to make recommendations to clients and stakeholders
• Continuous Learning - Participate in training, certifications, and workshops to develop skills in financial analysis, management, and industry-specific knowledge

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Diploma and above
• Strong interest in gaining cross-functional business experience
• Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with different teams
