• Planning and Management for established initiatives within a company

• Follow and bring best practices for process improvements

• Work with globally distributed teams & build excellent working relationships with other teams inside and outside of Global Software Engineering.

• Ensure projects are completed to specification, within an established time frame and budget

• Hold regular team meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects

• Prepare quality documentation, Project plans

• Analyze, plan, and develop standards in reference to scheduled projects

• Prepare budgets, execution processes

Experience and Skill Sets:

• A bachelor's degree in administration, business, management or equivalent with minimum 10+ years

• Industry experience in project planning and resource management

• Experience with Agile Methodology, Management of Scrum team with Software's like JIRA or equivalent

• Strong understanding of Project Management processes, strategies and methods

• Experience in mentoring, coaching the team

• Excellent time management and organizational skills

• Experience establishing guidelines in these areas for others

• Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making and supervising department teams

• Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality

• Managerial experience applying analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Ability to predict challenges and seek to proactively head-off obstacles

• Very strong communication and interpersonal skills

Certified Scrum master, Scrum Foundation
