As our firm continues to grow, we are looking for a dedicated and efficient Personal Assistant & Office Manager to support our executive team and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations. This dual-role position offers valuable insight into the workings of a private equity firm, including support for the investment team throughout the deal process.
Who We're Looking For:
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities independently. We welcome both fresh graduates and experienced professionals. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is essential. Fluency in Korean or Chinese would be a strong advantage due to regional coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal assistant support to executives, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
- Serve as the key point of contact between executives, internal staff, and external stakeholders
- Organize internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes
- Prepare presentation materials, management reports, and memos
- Manage the day-to-day administrative functions of the office, including vendor coordination, office supplies, and workspace upkeep
- Coordinate events, team activities, and office-wide communications
- Assist with communication and scheduling involving Korean counterparts
- Support HR, finance, or compliance-related administrative needs as required
- Ensure the office operates smoothly and maintains a professional environment
