The Singapore branch focuses on real estate leasing and investment management, providing high-quality office spaces, exhibition venues, and commercial facilities. As part of the company's global expansion, the Singapore office plays a strategic role in fostering international partnerships and promoting cross-border investment opportunities.

The Role:

• Lead, manage, and oversee the overall operations of the Singapore Branch.
• Develop and execute strategic business plans in alignment with the company's growth targets.
• Responsible for external affairs management, including official receptions and business negotiations.
• Oversee project reporting, data tracking, and statistical analysis.
• Lead the development and setup of operational and business platforms.
• Manage external project engagement and facilitate the onboarding of new business opportunities.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with local partners, government agencies, and key stakeholders.
• Identify and pursue cross-border investment projects and regional partnerships.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in any relevant field.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant management experience, preferably in real estate, investment, or cross-border projects.
• Deep knowledge in multi nation company operation.
