On behalf of our Client, the National University of Singapore, we are seeking an experienced full-time Resident Technical Officer (Arch/M&E/C&S) to supervise an A&A project commencing in July/August 2025 with a ten month project period and option to extend for 3months.

C&S, M&E and Architectural Requirements of Resident Technical Officer

• Minimum degree qualification in relevant Building/Construction Management/Mechanical/Electrical engineering/Civil & Structural engineering.
• Registered as C&S Resident Technical Officer with IES
• At least 10 years of relevant working experience in capital or A&A projects with knowledge in builders, mechanical and electrical services in the construction industry.
• Candidates with experience in orchestra hall/theatres/musical performance venues will be an added advantage.
• Experience in supervising architectural and acoustic works required.
• Experience in Addition and Alteration work at live building
• Knowledge and familiar with local codes and authority requirements.
• Proficient in MS Word & Excel for project update and reports
• Experience in supervising acoustic works such as installation of acoustic doors and windows will be an advantage

Extent of structural works: steel support beam for pipe grid for AV equipment; steel support beams for sunshading trellis, spalling concrete repair

Extent of M&E works: code compliance lighting, ACMV, fire protection, and electrical works.

Extent of architectural works: A&A works involving interior demolition, new doors/walls/partitions/ceilings and acoustic installations for sound sensitive premises.
