Job Scope:
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for various client roles
  • Liaise with clients to understand hiring needs and job requirements
  • Prepare job advertisements and manage applications across platforms
  • Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients
  • Maintain and update candidate database
  • Assist with onboarding and documentation
  • Perform general administrative tasks related to recruitment

Requirements:
  • Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Proficient in MS Office and online job portals
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese preferred (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and candidates)
