Job Scope:
Requirements:
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for various client roles
- Liaise with clients to understand hiring needs and job requirements
- Prepare job advertisements and manage applications across platforms
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients
- Maintain and update candidate database
- Assist with onboarding and documentation
- Perform general administrative tasks related to recruitment
Requirements:
- Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and spoken
- Proficient in MS Office and online job portals
- Bilingual in English and Chinese preferred (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and candidates)
