Key Responsibilities
Requirements
Working Hours
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify hazards and ensure compliance with the WSH Act and project safety requirements.
- Organise and conduct WSH induction briefings, toolbox talks, and safety awareness campaigns.
- Assist in the investigation of workplace incidents and recommend appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
- Support the implementation of WSH programmes and follow up on safety-related matters with relevant stakeholders.
- Recommend risk control measures for hazardous activities, processes, and materials.
- Assist in the selection, inspection, and proper usage of PPE and safety equipment.
- Oversee the maintenance and calibration schedules of safety tools and equipment.
- Prepare and maintain essential safety documentation, including inspection reports, NCRs, incident records, risk assessment reviews, toolbox attendance records, and PTW forms.
- Undertake other safety-related duties as assigned by the HSE Manager or management.
Requirements
- Relevant WSH experience in the construction industry.
- Valid WSH Level B Certificate; Level C is an added advantage.
- Must possess a valid BCSS certification.
- Work-at-Height Assessor or Managing Work-at-Height certification is required.
- Additional certifications (e.g. Lifting Supervisor, Scaffold Supervisor, or Confined Space Assessor) are an added advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and digital PTW or safety management platforms.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willing to travel island-wide to support project operations.
- Possessing a valid driving licence or personal transport is an advantage.
- Relevant experience not required.
- Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Fluent in English.
- Singaporean / PR only
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 0700hrs to 1700hrs
