As a Cafe & Retail Operations Executive, your primary duty is to assist to oversee, organise, and run the day-to-day operations of our retail store and lead to motivate our team to provide positive vibes and excellent customer service.

• Assist the Manager In-charge and Head of Retail in managing the daily operations

• Drive sales and ensure that sales targets are met.

• Manage store stocks and inventory

. Attend to customer enquiries and process orders

• Set and maintain service standards.

• Train outlet staff to deliver excellent customer experiences and uphold the brand's values.

• Continuously identify areas for improvement in the store operational processes and implement efficiency-enhancing measures.

• Nurture friendly relationship with customers to increase loyalty and following
