Household Assistant/House Manager

Roles and Responsibilities
As a Household Assistant/House Manager, you will support the employer in managing day-to-day household operations, including:
• Overseeing the daily maintenance and management of the villa.
• Establishing an efficient household management system, planning meals, and handling purchasing matters.
• Maintaining a clean and elegant living environment, and coordinating the work of domestic staff (e.g., driver, maid).
• Regularly inspecting security systems and household appliances, and managing repair and maintenance tasks.
• Assisting with household budgeting, bill payments, and financial record-keeping.
• Ensuring strict confidentiality and security of household information, and overseeing the proper functioning of security systems.

Skills and Qualifications
• 3 to 5 years of experience in household management or a related field.
• Proficiency in Chinese (spoken and written) is essential as the role involves frequent communication with Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
• Excellent multitasking abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional planning and coordination skills.
• Professional demeanor with prior experience as a house manager or butler; discreet, detail-oriented, and patient.
