*Job Description:**

- Oversee the architecture and development of core ride-hailing systems (e.g., passenger/driver apps, order dispatch, payment systems).

- Optimize high-concurrency, distributed systems to solve technical challenges (e.g., real-time order matching, route planning, dynamic pricing).

- Lead the engineering team in requirement reviews, technical design, development, and performance tuning to ensure system stability and scalability.

- Explore AI and big data applications (e.g., smart dispatching, ETA prediction, risk control) to enhance operational efficiency.

- Establish technical standards, drive engineering excellence, and mentor team members to elevate overall productivity.

**Requirements:**

- 5+ years of backend/full-stack development experience, including 3+ years in team leadership; prior experience in mobility, logistics, or large-scale transactional systems is a plus.

- Proficiency in Java/Go/Python and expertise in microservices, distributed storage, and message queues.
