A new opening for an HRIS Manager at a leading enterprise in digital HR transformation.
Job Purpose:
Support HR systems implementation, operations, and reporting to improve digital HR processes and data integrity.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist HR systems rollout, including SuccessFactors testing, launch, and process coordination.
- Configure and maintain HR system modules to support business growth and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot data issues and liaise with IT to resolve technical system challenges.
- Create reports, dashboards, and analytics to support strategic HR decision-making.
- Support user training, change management, and continuous HR system improvements.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in IT or similar, with experience in SAP ECC6 and SuccessFactors.
- 5+ years of relevant experience and familiar with HR processes, data compliance, and corporate HR systems.
- Strong attention to detail, organisation, and analytical thinking.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work cross-functionally.
