Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage account servicing and collections in a timely manner
• Monitor overdue accounts and follow up on outstanding payments
• Coordinate with legal counsel and external agencies on credit control matters
• Implement effective collection strategies and industry best practices to optimise results
• Perform any other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent qualification
• Prior experience in credit control is an advantage
• Strong customer service mindset and goal-oriented approach
• Bilingual in English & Mandarin to handle mandarin speaking customers.
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision
