Industry or medical experience would be advantageous but is not required.

Experience & Skills:

• Greeting and welcoming guests, answering all calls and resolving customer problems as needed
• Handle reception duties, patient registration, appointment scheduling, medication dispensing and responding to inquiries on WhatsApp, phone and email, ensuring all vet appointments are properly scheduled
• Client and pets interaction;
• Assist Vet and team on the day-to-day business operations
• Ensure the clinic remains clean and hygienic.
• Ensure workplace safety, hygiene level and cleanliness of the reception and consult rooms.
• Any other duties / tasks / projects as assigned
