Early & After is a day-to-night café and cocktail bar known for its refined yet cozy vibe. We're looking for a passionate Mixologist / Senior Bartender to lead our evening bar operations.

Your Role:
- Create and serve signature cocktails with consistency
- Lead bar prep, manage inventory, and uphold hygiene standards
- Engage guests with great service and product knowledge
- Mentor junior bartenders and ensure smooth bar flow

Requirements:
- At least 2 years' bartending experience in a cocktail-focused bar
- Strong knowledge of spirits, classics, and mixology techniques
- Able to lead a team and handle high-volume service with grace
