Key Responsibilities
Guest Experience & Operations
- Welcome and check in guests, handle inquiries, and maintain strong relationships with members.
- Ensure the club is clean, fully stocked, and game-ready.
- Manage POS, booking systems, and assist with daily operations including opening/closing.
Coaching
- Deliver engaging pickleball lessons for players of various levels.
- Support clinics, group classes, and corporate sessions.
- Provide technical feedback and foster player development.
Retail & Sales Support
- Maintain a neat, appealing pro shop and restock as needed.
- Advise guests on paddles, gear, and memberships with a consultative approach.
- Assist in tracking inventory and capturing guest feedback for sales insights.
Marketing & Content
- Capture and appear in photos/videos for social media.
- Share on-the-ground content ideas and assist with basic editing when needed.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to highlight club life and events.
Events & Community
- Support setup and logistics for leagues, socials, and workshops.
- Engage with players and help bring the club's events to life.
- Suggest new ideas to build community and member retention.
Admin Support
- Log sales, attendance, and inventory accurately.
- Assist founders with ad-hoc tasks and help improve SOPs as the club scales.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of pickleball experience
- Internationally competitive playing background
- Prior experience coaching racket sports is required
- Strong people skills, attention to detail, and comfort working on your feet
- Willingness to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and PH
