We're looking for a dynamic, data-driven Account Director to join our Growth team-focused on both new business acquisition and long-term client success across India and Southeast Asia. You'll manage a portfolio of mobile-first advertisers, lead strategic conversations, and serve as a trusted advisor across performance strategy, data insights, and campaign execution.

This is a position based in Singapore, reporting directly to Manager, Pan-APAC in Seoul.

Location:
This role is based in Singapore, where we have a hybrid working style. After the initial onboarding period, we require a minimum 1 day per week in office.
Travel Expectations:
This is a sales role that requires up to 25% regional travel.
We also offer several opportunities for in-person team gatherings, including but not limited to project meetings, regional meetups, and company-wide events. We expect our employees to attend these gatherings at least once per quarter. These gatherings provide essential opportunities for collaboration, communication, and team building.
Compensation:
Liftoff offers all employees a full compensation package that includes equity and health/vision/dental benefits associated with your country of residence. Base compensation will vary based on the candidate's location and experience.
The following is our annual salary range for this role: On-Target Earning (OTE = base + on-target bonus) 166,250 to 192,850 SGD

Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of mobile advertisers in India-owning campaign launches, defining strategies, upselling, and aligning internal resources to deliver business outcomes.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Analytics, Creative, Product, and Operations) to deliver best-in-class support and campaign optimization.
- Demonstrate fluency in analyzing and leveraging complex datasets to drive account growth and performance improvements.
- Demonstrate regional expertise and leadership in regional initiatives.
- Build strong mid-level relationships and initiate connections with senior stakeholders across client organizations.
Develop and execute regional go-to-market strategies tailored to vertical-specific and market-specific dynamics. - Forecast revenue and manage a healthy pipeline of both existing and prospective clients.
- Actively evangelize new product features and offerings to grow client adoption and revenue.
- Provide structured client feedback to inform our product roadmap and improve platform-market fit.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Legal, Finance, Marketing, Product) to structure and negotiate deals that maximize value.
- Identify and act on new partnership opportunities to grow our footprint in India and SEA.
- Contribute to a culture of knowledge-sharing by surfacing insights and best practices that benefit the broader team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 8 years of work experience, with at least 5-8 years of experience in customer success, account management, or sales-preferably in ad tech, mobile marketing, gaming, e-commerce, or digital consulting.
- Proven track record of managing a revenue quota and delivering against performance goals.
- Experience driving both upsell and new business conversations, with a focus on long-term value.
- Deep understanding of performance marketing and mobile user acquisition strategies.
- Strong analytical mindset-comfortable working with data, extracting insights, and building client-facing narratives.
- Excellent communicator who can present complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Ability to build relationships across all levels-internally and externally-with a high degree of professionalism.
- Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and excited to work in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable with cross-team collaboration and project management.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% for client meetings-both local and international.
- Fluency in English is required for internal collaboration
- Minimum conversational fluency in Hindi is required to build relationships with India-based clients
- Strong understanding of regional digital trends, user behavior, and market nuances across India and Southeast Asia.
- Cultural adaptability and sensitivity-able to tailor messaging across diverse markets.
