Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage user accounts and groups for staff, students, and associates
- Perform daily administration of Microsoft 365 services and on-premise Windows servers
- Support onboarding/offboarding processes
- Perform basic troubleshooting and escalate complex issues
- Assist in Microsoft platform upgrades, patching, and change management activities
- Work with other CITS teams to support project and operational deliverables
Qualifications:
- Experience supporting enterprise Microsoft environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Admin Center, Entra ID (Azure AD), and Exchange Admin Center
- Familiar with Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and Windows Server roles
- Able to follow ITIL processes for incident, change, and problem management
- Good communication and documentation skills
