Requirements:

- Provide drug information and clinical advice to healthcare professionals and patients.
- Communicating formulary revisions to other healthcare professionals
- Preparation and administrative work for all Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee matters.
- Analyzing, evaluating and reporting data on systems set-up for drug use, drug utilization patterns or adverse drug reaction
- Collaboration with intra- and inter-department stakeholders to provide smooth and safe flows of medication.
- Participate in drug information/medication safety activities and conduct clinical review for appropriateness of medication orders.
- Assist in training of pre-registration pharmacists and pharmacy students.
- Dispense medications to patients, explaining the indications for drug therapy and instructions for administration.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science (Pharmacy) from an accredited University recognized by the Singapore Pharmacy Council.
- 2 to 3 years of working experience in a hospital setting is preferable.
- Registered with the Singapore Pharmacy Council.
- Valid practicing certificate.
