We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telemarketer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, promoting our products/services, and setting appointments or generating leads for the sales team.

What You'll Do:

Make outbound calls to introduce our services
️ Schedule appointments or generate qualified leads
Maintain accurate records and update CRM
Handle basic enquiries and follow up with prospects
Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets

What We're Looking For:

✅ Good spoken English (Mandarin or other languages a plus)
✅ Cheerful and confident phone manner
✅ No experience needed - training will be provided
✅ Prior customer service or telemarketing experience is a bonus
