PROCESS / TECHNICAL SALES ENGINEER
This ideal candidate will manage component sales business and enquiries. This post would require the ability to understand client’s needs and propose equipment/solutions that fit to meet their requirement. The ideal candidate should be able to clearly articulate technical concept and component unique selling points to all prospective clients.
Responsibilities:
- Be a team member of the sales department
- Study technical enquiries and interpret client requirements and/or URS
- Participate and lead technical clarification meeting
- Provide process design, technical and application support including process flow diagram or flowsheet generation
- Provide costing on proposed equipment/solutions according to customer requirements within the stipulated budget; prepare quotation together with the scope of supply on technical specification.
- Prepare technical presentation to client
- Liaise with factory or counterpart to request for quotation
- Work with draughtsman for the process flow diagram or flowsheet and layout generation.
Qualifications:
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Mechatronic/Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
- Applicant who have relevant experienced in Powder Processing System & Equipment or Engineering Sales is an added advantage
- Self-motivated, independent and able to work in dynamic environment
- A great team player with exceptional interpersonal, communication skills and ability to work independently and in a team
- Recent graduates are strongly welcome to apply.
- Willing to travel (Occasional)
- 5 days week
- Able to work with short noticeis an added advantage.
