Salary: $3,000 - $4,000 (Depends on experience)

Overview:
Responsible for global procurement activities, ensuring suppliers and contractors provide cost-effective, high-quality products and services that support operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage purchase orders, contracts, and supplier agreements.
• Maintain accuracy in purchasing systems and documentation.
• Source, develop, and negotiate with vendors worldwide.
• Secure favorable credit terms with suppliers.
• Monitor purchasing cost savings for equipment, parts, and services.
• Oversee supplier registration and compliance.
• Coordinate shipments, customs clearance, and logistics.
• Ensure efficient import processes and cost-effective freight management.
• Support purchasing function improvements and reporting accuracy.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma with 2 years of relevant work experience
• Understanding of the oil and gas industry.
• Knowledge of equipment procurement.
• Experience in procurement, supplier management, or customer service.
• Familiarity with international logistics and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Team-oriented with negotiation skills.
