We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Lead with 7-12 years of IT experience, including hands-on project leadership in complex, cross-functional environments. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical understanding with project delivery skills, excellent communication, and stakeholder coordination. Experience in financial services, particularly within investment or trading platforms, and involvement in migration projects, will be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage technical project delivery from planning through execution to closure.
• Develop, maintain, and monitor project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate across multiple teams, ensuring smooth collaboration between business, technology, and support functions.
• Communicate clearly with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and senior management.
• Understand both technical aspects and business domain to guide conversations and decisions effectively.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 7-12 years of overall experience in the IT industry, with at least 3+ years in a project lead or technical coordination role.
• Solid knowledge of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional and distributed teams.
• Exposure to financial services domain - particularly investment, trading, or capital markets platforms.
• Experience working on migration or system transition projects is a strong plus.
