Key Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- Manage and coordinate all facility operations including maintenance, cleaning, security, and landscaping.
- Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for building systems (e.g. HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, workplace safety standards, and building codes.
- Oversee vendor management for outsourced services such as pest control, fire safety, and lift maintenance.
- Monitor facility budget and expenditures; recommend cost-effective solutions.
- Conduct regular inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards or maintenance needs.
- Manage emergency response protocols, fire drills, and crisis management procedures.
- Plan for space utilization and office layout changes in coordination with internal departments.
- Prepare and submit reports on facility operations, incidents, and maintenance activities.
- Lead or support facility-related projects such as renovations or equipment upgrades.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management, Building Services, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in facility or building management.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, preventive maintenance practices, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Able to manage contractors and communicate effectively across departments.
