Outlet Manager

Salary : Up to $5,500

Working hour : 10.30am to 7.30pm (5 Days)

Location : Promenade

Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and service-oriented individual to lead the operations of a tea artistry concept tea house.

* Oversee daily outlet operations and ensure smooth service flow

* Lead and motivate the team to deliver excellent customer service

* Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance

* Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for stock replenishment

* Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the outlet

* Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards

* Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally

* Report sales and operational matters to management

* Work closely with the brand team to uphold the tea house's artistic and service standards

Requirements:

* Proven experience in F&B, especially in beverage, café, or barista-related roles

* Prior supervisory or team-leading experience preferred

* Passion for tea culture and willingness to learn tea artistry

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills

* Able to work weekends and Public Holidays

* Positive attitude, reliable, and hands-on in daily operations
